About Audrey

If you’ve ever felt like you lost yourself somewhere along the way — you’re in the right place.

Maybe it was a relationship that slowly chipped away at who you were. Maybe it was a divorce that left you questioning everything. Maybe you’ve spent so long putting others first that you genuinely can’t remember what it feels like to put yourself first. Maybe you’ve made mistakes — in love, in life, in money — and you carry them quietly, wondering if you’ll ever feel truly okay.

I know that feeling. Because I’ve lived it.

My story — the real one.

I’m Audrey. I’m a qualified counsellor, coach, and someone who has genuinely been through it. I mean really through it.

I’ve been married, divorced, and married again. In between, I made plenty of relationship mistakes — not because I was foolish, but because I didn’t know my own worth. I was overly soft when I needed to be firm. I didn’t know how to protect my boundaries. I was manipulated and controlled by people I trusted. I put myself in financial difficulty. I did the brutally hard work of being a single mum, largely on my own.

I spent years not knowing my own beauty. Thinking I was too much in some ways and not enough in others. I struggled to make friends and felt judged by other women when I needed them most. I didn’t have the voice to say “enough — this is not okay.” So I stayed quiet. And staying quiet cost me.

“I didn’t have a voice to say get out of my life. I didn’t know my beauty. I didn’t know I was enough. And I had to learn all of that the hard way — so you don’t have to.”

I also couldn’t fit into the 9-to-5 world. I’ve taken leaps of faith that scared me. I’ve walked away from toxic workplaces. I’ve built businesses from the ground up while watching my bank balance sit uncomfortably low. I’ve had months where I wondered how I was going to make it work — and I made it work anyway.

And through all of it — the heartbreak, the mistakes, the rebuilding, the starting over — I found my way back to myself. Slowly, imperfectly, and completely.

That work has a name now. I call it The WHOLE Method™. And the practice I built around it is called Ready For Love Co.

Why I do this work.

I became a counsellor because I know what it feels like to desperately need someone who truly understands — not just professionally, but personally. Someone who has sat in the same darkness and found the light. Someone who won’t judge you for the mistakes you’ve made or the time it’s taking you to heal.

I created The WHOLE Method™ because I needed it myself — and it didn’t exist. It’s a framework built from lived experience, professional training, and a deep belief that every single person has everything they need to heal already inside them. Sometimes they just need someone to help them see it.

Here's how working with me is set up, so you always know exactly what you're getting: when we work together one-on-one, that's counselling — person-centred, trauma-aware, grounded in my training. The coaching happens inside my programs — The WHOLE Method™ course, group programs, and community. Different containers for different moments. The free discovery call helps us find the right one for where you are.
