Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
Ready For Love Co (run by Audrey Mobbs) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — in plain English, because that’s how we do everything here.
What we collect. When you take the attachment style quiz or join a waitlist, we collect your email address and your quiz responses. When you book counselling, we collect your name, contact details, and the information you choose to share as part of intake and sessions. When you buy a program or product, payment is handled by secure third-party payment providers — we never see or store your card details. Like most websites, we also receive basic analytics (pages visited, device type) that don’t identify you personally.
How we use it. We use your information to deliver what you asked for: quiz results, emails you signed up to receive, counselling sessions, and products you purchase. Emails always include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate. We never sell, rent, or swap your information with anyone.
Counselling confidentiality. Anything you share in counselling is confidential, with the limited exceptions required by Australian law and professional ethics: where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where records are subpoenaed by a court. Counselling records are stored securely in Halaxy, a practice-management platform built for Australian health practitioners, and are kept separate from marketing systems.
Where your information lives. We use trusted platforms to run this business: Squarespace (this website), Interact (the quiz), Kit (email), and Halaxy (bookings and counselling records). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security practices, but by using this site you acknowledge this cross-border storage.
Your quiz results. Quiz results are for self-reflection and education only — they are not a clinical assessment or diagnosis. They are stored alongside your email so we can send you your result and relevant follow-up emails. Unsubscribing removes you from all future emails.
Access, correction and deletion. You can ask at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (counselling records are subject to legal minimum retention periods). Email hello@readyforloveco.com.au and we’ll sort it — usually within a few days.
Complaints. If you believe we’ve mishandled your information, please tell us first — we take it seriously and will respond promptly. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be flagged to email subscribers.
